Scottish Senior Championships
(2013). Unfortunately I pulled out after the fourth round because of a slight niggle - luckily I was just being extra cautious.
Loughborough International
(2014). After 3 years I have finally thrown a new PB!!! 63.11m in the first round and my first Commonwealth Games qualifying standard. And there's still lots of things I can improve...

(2014). I then backed it up in the next round with another big throw and my new second furthest throw ever! This was measured at 62.69m.
Hang Clean - 80kg PB
(2014). I only switched to cleaning from hang instead of the floor at the start of this winter, to eliminate a technical issue getting past my knees. I'm really pleased with my progress so far!
